My Encounter with Pot Brownies: A Delightful Affair
When I first wanted to discover more about weed I took the vile pot brownie. A good friend warned me about the effects of this product, so I only took a tiny crumb. Nonetheless this product did not affect me, and I didn’t bother eating some more that evening. I assumed that either the cookie was just an ordinary brownie or the weed could not affect me.
My second attempt was a couple of months later; I was hoping to learn more about weed; Thus, I did it assuming this product would not affect me. Everybody else would be high except me. However that was not the case I was stoned out of my mind and thus, began my love for edibles.
Honestly I was terrified of smoking, so I preferred food which felt safer and healthier though it’s ironic to think of cookies as healthy given the amount of sugar they contain. Several months later I was all about experimenting on edibles. Being high was an intriguing experience for me.
My husband and I did an edible together when we began dating. I can clearly recall the chocolate bar wrapping and its taste on my tongue. The night preceding that day we had each only a tiny piece of the chocolate. Thus, we only felt a mild effect. The following afternoon we took some more and went for a walk.
We were stoned out of our minds, beyond what we had previously experienced. We were high for about fourteen hours. It was like we became one with nature. Afterwards we watched a harry potter movie and cried when we imagined the horrific trauma the characters had experienced and a young age of eleven years.
We were locked within our minds and bodies and fourteen hours were like fourteen days. We had mixed up feelings, we felt separated and connected, terrified and at the same time excited, out of control but also had a sense of control. That half of a day was like an entire lifetime.
That particular day will forever be in my mind. That particular day was one of the final moments we shared edibles. Eventually I was able to smoke and got used to it. I was fascinated by how cannabis was cultivated, stored and maintained. People say that marijuana will last for a longer duration of time when stored properly. I say the effect of this product will be felt for the longest time if you take a pot brownie.
